Visual stories help you prepare for a visit to a new venue

A visual story is a simple guide to a venue or an activity answering questions people may have in advance of a visit. For example, where the toilets are, how to pay, opening hours, busy and quieter how lockers work, how to ask for support and much more.

We are supporting venues across Surrey to develop visual stories.
